We love food. We appreciate everything from a really good hamburger or a perfectly prepared confit. Our on property restaurant, 30Boltwood, has received many awards and recognition for outstanding culinary achievement. Being located in Hampshire County in Western Massachusetts, we’re fortunate to have access to locally sourced ingredients that ensure our menus reflect seasonality. Chef Josean Jimenez is an expert at creating exciting and delicious menus. Each of the menu items is inspired by using the freshest, local ingredients available.
Our wedding menus have been created with you in mind. We have simple dishes with unique and fresh flavors that will appeal to each and every guest at your celebration. We offer a variety of choices so that no one will be left out, and those that consider themselves foodies will be impressed.
We love personalizing a menu too. We’ve got some delicious suggestions in our packages, but want to incorporate your favorites, personality, and heritage. If your favorite place to vacation together is in Mexico, then let’s incorporate some of those recognizable flavors. Maybe you met while studying abroad in France – escargot for everyone! Are you the reigning champion of the great pizza cook-off in your family? We’ve got some really great ideas for you.
Drinks are just as important to any celebration as the food. Whether you are looking for a full bar package or tiered options, we have something for everyone. We serve imported and domestic beers, spirits and liquors to make a variety of cocktails, and cordials. Signature drinks are a memorable way to also personalize your event and we’d love to work with you to create something that represents you both.
